Since Summer 2020 is David Pagischt the restaurant manager in our half-board restaurant.

"One does not live to eat, but to enjoy"

This quote is the guiding principle of our restaurant manager David Pagitsch.

Born in “Lungau” (Lungau, Salzburg), he found his way into gastronomy through his love of wine and food, as well as the outstanding service that goes with it. Even if he is still quite young, he has already gained a lot of experience.

His positive attitude to life underscores the cordiality that comes through from the very first greeting. His colleagues describe him as the calming influence in the restaurant.

David is not only a passionate collector of gastronomic experiences, but also a nature lover who appreciates the stillness and peacefulness that you only get in the mountains. He likes to get the energy for his work from skiing or mountain biking and loves to feel the adrenaline rush.

It is very important to David to implement the hotel philosophy (“We want to do more than satisfy, we want to inspire”) in the restaurant as well. When guests “feel at home”, that is the greatest appreciation for him.
