Since summer 2020 is Felix Brendelberger the head chef at Hotel Post Ischgl . He lives by a simple truth:

"If you believe in what you do, you can achieve great things"

His work is his passion and a positive drive for every new day. It makes him see challenges as opportunities and achieve new goals.

What does cooking mean to him? Using only the best ingredients, trying different flavors and just enjoying the time with friends.

Obtaining ingredients from local farmers and producers is very important to Felix – so regionality is a priority in his kitchen. You just taste the difference!

The chef is convinced that you need a team of great chefs and service employees to surprise guests. This solidarity makes the team a family!

As head chef, he sees the strengths of his employees and promotes them to perfection so that you experience an extraordinary, culinary delight that you will remember fondly even after your stay.
