Bavarian by birth, he has found his true home in Ischgl. For him, spending time with friends and colleagues from the Post family is not only important, it’s an inspiration. Out in the countryside is where Johannes recharges. To work off some energy he chooses skiing, surfing or wake boarding, but also enjoys things a little less high-speed from time to time He goes angling to relax and enjoys the peace.
He is very fond of his younger chefs. This award-winning chef is convinced that it’s important to let the younger generation develop creatively.
In the winter, go up in the first cable car and enjoy the empty pistes.
