at a glance
Arrival
Flexible arrival days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) possible. The rooms are ready from 3 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know.
Departure
The rooms should be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Local tax
The prices do not include local tax: currently EUR 3.00 in winter and summer per person per day (children up to the age of 15 do not pay local tax).
Single occupancy
Single occupancy in a double room: price reduction of EUR 20.00 per day on the current double room price for 2 people.
valid only in written form
When a reservation (accommodation contract) is made, the international hotel contract conditions of the Association of Accommodation Providers of September 23, 1981 apply as agreed. If the prices in the reservation confirmation differ, the prices and conditions stated in the price list always apply.
Online-Bookings
Due to possible system errors, it is possible that a room can be booked online, although it is necessary to move to another room in the same category during your stay. In such cases you will be informed by us immediately so that we can clarify this with you.
Please note that the prices listed on our website are valid. If, due to transmission errors, a different price is charged for your online booking, we will inform you immediately.
Control
Please check your booking confirmation carefully:
– arrival and departure date
– booked room type
– number of people
If the number of people upon arrival differs from the confirmed booking, or if the age of the children is incorrect, we will adjust the room price (plus local tax if needed) according to our price list.
Cancellation in winter
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 1 month (31 days) before the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs. Within one month before the start of your holiday, we charge 100% of the total package price (less EUR 20.00 per person and day).
No-Show
The entire booked stay will be charged (costs depending on room category and season) and debited from the credit card provided (minus EUR 20.00 per person and day)!
Cancellation in sumer
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 1 week (7 days) before the start of the holiday, there are no cancellation costs. Within one month before the start of your holiday, we charge 100% of the total package price (less EUR 20.00 per person and day).

All prices (except Postresidenz) include half board:
- Generous gourmet breakfast buffet with egg dishes prepared à la minute
- Afternoon snack in the Hotel-Bar 67 (only in winter)
- Multi-course choice evening menu (always with vegetarian alternatives)
- Theme buffet twice a week: 1 x appetizer buffet, 1 x dessert buffet
Overnight stay with breakfast
Price reduction of EUR 10.00 per person and day from the half-board price.
Overnight stay without halfboard
Price reduction of EUR 20.00 per person and day from the half-board price.
Rooms
All rooms, apartments and suites are furnished with solid wood furniture. Please note that not all rooms have wooden floors.
Half board
If you have a known food intolerance (celiac disease, lactose intolerance…) or other dietary requirements, we will be happy to take your needs into account. Our kitchen team conjures up tasty, varied meals for you. Please let us know your wishes when booking (extra charges apply).
New Years surcharge
on December 31st EUR 40.00 per person will be charged
Short stay surcharge
For a short stay (up to 3 nights) there will be a price increase of 10%
If there are several reservations for one and the same room, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will give preference to earlier bookings.
We cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors!
Due to the numerous pre-bookings, we also ask for your understanding if this can lead to deviations in the dates of your offer!
Your four-legged friends are very welcome. Depending on the size or breed, we charge EUR 15.00 – 25.00 per day/dog (food is not included). Please understand that no dogs are allowed in the restaurants or in the wellness area
Prices are subject to change. With the publication of the new price list, all previous ones lose their validity.
Cancellation
For treatments that are canceled within 12 hours before the start of the treatment, we charge 80% of the price.
Delay
We ask for your understanding, that your treatment time will be shortened in the event of delays.
Payment options
Cash payment, EC card or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
We recommend checking your card limit for international payments before you arrive. Many credit cards have an automatic card limit!
Foreign currency
Please note that we cannot accept payments in foreign currencies!
