Massages are an important pillar of health maintenance in Ayurveda. They promote deep relaxation and physical regeneration and help to bring body, mind and soul into balance. They are individually tailored and have either a very nourishing and constructive effect or a reducing and activating effect.

Important: Only after a preliminary talk, an individually tailored Ayurvedic body oil is selected for the right massage. In order to prepare everything for you as needed, we ask you to arrange the consultation at least one day prior the treatment (duration approx. 20 minutes).
