Chef Florian Schweikl’s dishes reflect Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine. The regular menu as well as the weekly menu is a regional and seasonal taste experience.
“Ursprung” has also been awarded with 3 wine glasses and 94 points in the Falstaff Bar Guide – Wine Bars. The wine focus lies on Austria, but also Italy and France are well covered.
Up to 140 different items can be found in the restaurants wine climate cabinets, but you can also choose a boutle from the hotel’s extended wine cellar with over 900 items. Thanks to Coravin, certain rarities can also be tasted by glass.
