The Silvretta Cable Car and the Fimba Cable Car are both just a few minutes’ walk from Hotel Post Ischgl. The Fimba Cable Car can also be reached quickly and comfortably via the village tunnel with its convenient moving walkway, providing easy access to the ski area.

Is Hotel Post Ischgl easy to reach by public transport?

Yes, Ischgl is easily accessible by train and bus. The nearest railway stations are Landeck-Zams and St. Anton am Arlberg.

With the complimentary Silvretta Card Premium, you can already use the bus from Landeck to Ischgl free of charge for your arrival. Simply contact us before your trip so we can issue your Silvretta Card Premium in advance.

You can settle your bill conveniently in cash, by debit card, or with Visa, Mastercard or American Express (AMEX). If you prefer, you can also make a prepayment by bank transfer before your arrival.

Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?

Pay on Departure

No, a deposit is not required for regular private bookings. To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to provide a valid credit card as a booking guarantee. You can conveniently pay for your stay on departure.

For larger group bookings, we reserve the right to request a deposit.

What are the cancellation policies?

For winter stays, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For summer stays, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.

For cancellations made after these deadlines, we charge 100% of the total package price (less EUR 20,00 per person and day).

In case of a no-show the entire booked stay will be charged (costs depending on room category and season) and debited from the credit card provided (less EUR 20,00 per person and day)!

What happens if I have to cancel my holiday at short notice?

Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival in winter and 7 days before arrival in summer.

If you need to cancel after these deadlines, we will do our best to rebook your room. If we are able to re-let it in full, no cancellation charges will apply. If the room can only be rebooked partially or not at all, cancellation fees will be charged for the unsold nights in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes, we highly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect you in the event of an unexpected cancellation or interruption of your trip. For comprehensive coverage, we recommend the European Travel Insurance, which offers reliable protection before and during your holiday.

Are dogs allowed at Hotel Post Ischgl?

Yes, dogs are welcome at Hotel Post Ischgl upon prior request. A daily surcharge of €15 to €25 per dog (food not included) applies, depending on the size of your dog. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or the wellness area.

Our standard board arrangement is half board. It includes a generous breakfast buffet and a daily 5-course dinner with a choice of main courses, accompanied by a salad buffet and a cheese buffet. Yes, our half-board restaurant offers a vegetarian option every day. Vegan dishes can also be prepared upon request with advance notice.

For guests requiring individually prepared menus due to specific dietary needs, a surcharge of €15 per person, per day applies.

Are food allergies and dietary intolerances accommodated?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate food allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements. Please let us know about your needs before your arrival so our kitchen team can prepare accordingly.

Yes, during the winter season, children can enjoy an early children’s dinner before the regular evening meal. In addition, a children’s menu with a selection of popular dishes is available during dinner.

Are there special discounts for children?

Yes, we offer attractive discounts for children. During the winter season, children up to the age of 3 years stay free of charge. In summer, children up to the age of 9 years stay free.

Older children benefit from reduced rates based on their age and room occupancy.

What baby equipment is available?
