Yoga Holiday in Ischgl

Relaxation in the Heart of the Tyrolean Alps

Whether you are already experienced or just starting your yoga journey: our yoga programme at Hotel Post Ischgl is suitable for all levels. Our experienced yoga teacher Anna Wolf guides you through gentle stretches, powerful flows, and mindful breathing exercises – individually adapted to your personal needs.

Anna knows that yoga is much more than just movement – it is a journey back to yourself. When you step onto the yoga mat, you absorb the calming energy around you and feel how it fills you with renewed strength. Our yoga sessions are designed to help you breathe deeply, slow down, and fully focus on yourself.

Each yoga session is an invitation to leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in a world of mindfulness.

Yoga teacher Anna

with Heart and Expertise

Our yoga teacher Anna, the youngest daughter of the Wolf family, is a true expert in her field. After completing her physiotherapy studies in 2018, she worked at our hotel for two years as a masseuse and physiotherapist. Her passion for movement and holistic healing methods eventually led her to complete her yoga training at the Körpergut Academy.

She further expanded her knowledge through studies in animal- and nature-assisted therapy and now runs her own practice. Anna brings her extensive experience and passion to our yoga sessions. With great empathy and dedication, she supports our guests on their journey towards greater balance and well-being.

Health & Well-Being

at the Heart of Our Yoga Practice

Yoga combines three essential elements:

  • Yoga asanas (physical postures)
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • Meditation

Yoga works on the entire body – it not only improves physical fitness but also strengthens muscles, stimulates circulation and blood flow, and helps release tension.

It supports both physical and mental well-being. Yoga helps to reduce stress and calm the mind. Through targeted breathing exercises (Pranayama), oxygen exchange is enhanced, creating a feeling of greater energy and relaxation. Focusing on breath and movement helps to block out external distractions and encourages a state of mindfulness.

Tension can begin to ease from the very first practice. Yoga brings balance into everyday life, promotes inner harmony, and strengthens self-confidence. Regular practice creates a lasting sense of calm, contentment, and serenity.
